I'm doing terrific. I threw away the Nicorette gum, and have been nicotine free ever since.

Overall, this has been amazingly easy, and effective compared to what I have been through in the past while trying to quit tobacco. Those efforts we a nightmare! Any discomforture associated with this effort has been minor by comparison. I now believe that the mind can be directed to accomplish many positive things. Thanks for the enlightenment.

By the way, I've marked August 30th on my calendar in perpetuity!
